Sr. Mary Martha, O.P.
Sr. Mary Martha grew up in Canada. She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Aquinas College in Nashville. She has taught second grade at Overbrook, junior high at St. John Vianney in Gallatin, Tenn., and junior high in Woodbridge, Va. She is currently working on a master's degree in theology from St. Charles Borromeo in Pennsylvania.
Marjorie Snow
Marjorie Snow teaches junior high math. Mrs. Snow taught fourth and fifth grade math and science at Overbrook for nine years. She left in 2005 to finish her master’s degree at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. She was the Overbrook Teacher of the Year in 2004-2005. After completing her master’s degree, Mrs. Snow taught at St. Bernard Academy and supervised undergraduate student teachers and practicum students at Peabody. She returned to OS in 2008-09.
David Donlon
David Donlon is a 6th grade homeroom teacher, as well as the junior high science teacher at Overbrook (grades 6-8). This is his second year at Overbrook School, as well as his second year teaching. He is a native of the great city of Nashville, and was even taught by Dominican sisters in elementary school. He received his bachelor's degree in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University.
Cindy Buss
Cindy Buss teaches 6-8 grade English. She has been an educator for twenty-five years and has taught every grade from first through twelfth. She graduated from Concordia University Chicago with majors in education and English and a minor in speech/drama. She has received numerous awards and recognitions, including Overbrook Teacher of the Year in 2006 and Who's Who Among America's Teachers.
Elisabeth Sullivan
Elisabeth Sullivan teaches 6-8 grade social studies. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in political science and film, television and theater. She has worked as a video journalist for CNN and was an intern for a member of the British Parliment in 2007. Elizabeth recently received her Masters in Education from Lipscomb University.
Julie Libardi
Julie Libardi teaches junior high language arts. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Masters of Education. She received her undergraduate degree in English and anthropology. She has taught junior high English at Holy Rosary Catholic School in Jacksonville, Fla., and in South Bend, Ind.
