Overbrook Grade 5 Academics

Fifth grade is a very special time. There is a real growth and depth that seems to take place in a fifth grader. They have now had the experience of entering the middle school and are more comfortable with their role in school. Overbrook teachers have noticed a great deal of maturity among the fifth graders. They are always eager to learn and participate in discussions. They seem to have a good grasp on what they are learning and are able to apply background knowledge to their lessons.
