Pre-k applications

Pre-kindergarten applications are accepted year round. See dates of deadlines for first pool acceptance.

Prek siblings: applications requested by Nov. 2, 2007
PreK sibling test Monday, Dec. 10, 2007 (scheduled times mailed to applicants in November and December)
PreK non–sibling testing: Fridays, Jan. 11 or 18, 2008 (scheduled times mailed to applicants in December and January)
PreK Non–siblings: applications requested by Jan. 11, 2008
Acceptance letters mailed to siblings Feb. 1, 2008
Acceptance reply date for siblings is Feb. 15, 2008
Acceptance letters mailed to new families the week of Feb. 18, 2008
Acceptance reply date for new families is March 7, 2008

Kindergarten

Kindergarten applications are accepted year round. See dates of deadlines for first pool acceptance.

K sibling applications: due Nov. 2, 2007
K sibling test: Monday, Dec. 11, 2007 (scheduled times mailed in November and December)
K non-sibling testing: Jan. 11 or 18, 2008 (scheduled times mailed in December and January)
Applications requested by Jan. 11, 2008 (applications will be accepted after this date — spots filled pending space)
Scheduled test date mailed in December and January
Acceptance letters mailed Feb. 29, 2008
Acceptance reply date is March 10, 2008

Grades 1-4

Applications for grades 1-4 are accepted year round. See dates of deadlines for first pool acceptance.

Applicant testing at Overbrook School — Saturday, Feb. 9, 2008, 9–10:30 a.m.
Admission procedures are mailed in December and January
Classroom visits may be scheduled at any time upon receipt of application
Acceptance letters are mailed at various times depending upon availability
Acceptance reply date is March 10, 2008

Grades 5–8

Applicants required to take the Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE)
Admission procedures are mailed in December and January
Classroom visits may be scheduled at any time upon receipt of application. Interviews are required for students entering grades 6–8 (junior high level)
Acceptance letters are mailed at various times, depending upon availability
Acceptance reply date is March 10, 2008
