Overbrook accepts students for grades PreK–8 on a rolling basis year-round.

Overbrook encourages prospective students to schedule a day to visit with us, paired with one of our student ambassadors. Contact admissions-os@overbrook.edu to request a packet or download the application forms and admissions documents on this page.

Prospective families are encouraged to attend our Open House for Parents in October or November.

Applications to Overbrook must be submitted with an application fee, birth certificate and baptismal certificate (if Catholic). Contact the Director of Admissions @ 292-5134 ext. 257 or e-mail admissions-os@overbrook.edu to request an application.

Once an application is submitted to Overbrook the Admissions Office will mail a Transcript Request and Teacher Recommendation/s (Math and English). An official academic transcript and standardized test results from previous schools are required as well as testing for all grade levels.

Once a student is accepted, Overbrook requires the State of TN Permanent Certificate of Immunization be submitted before the first day of school. This form is available from your pediatrician.
