Fine Arts at Overbrook

Overbrook School believes in surrounding children with fine arts from exposure to the masters in art class to music classes that begin in prekindergarten. The school has a successful and very popular forensics team, which allows children to gain invaluable experience in public speaking and drama beginning in middle school. And one of the highlights of each school year is the spring musical, which brings first- through eighth-graders on stage to show off their musical and performing talents.

The Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia Congregation are committed to promoting the arts, with St. Cecilia, the patroness of music, as their namesake.
