St. Cecilia Academy/Overbrook School Private Music Lesson Registration Form

Complete this online form to register your child for private music lessons for the 2011-2012 fall semester. You will then be directed to PayPal to pay for your lessons. Payment must accompany registration in order to have lessons scheduled. Form and payment must be received prior to second week of the semester to be scheduled for that semester. 30 minute lesson piano, guitar, clarinet or voice: $360

45 minute lesson piano, guitar, clarinet or voice: $480

Once you hit submit, you will automatically be sent to PayPal to pay for your lessons. Make sure to enter “St. Cecilia Academy” as the merchant to whom you are paying. Once logged into PayPal, click on "send money" and enter in the e-mail paypal@stcecilia.edu in the "send to" field. You will need to enter the total amount of your lesson costs into PayPal, it will not automatically be entered for you from this form. Remember, your child is not considered enrolled until we receive both this registration form and payment through PayPal.
