July Mailing - For Returning Students

Please open the following links and return the forms by July 18, 2008. The forms you must return to Overbrook by July 18 are: counseling consent, emergency, internet contract, PE uniforms (for grades 4-8 only), photo release. Please note that the supply list does not require you to fill out and return a form but does require that you send in a check for your child's school supplies.

Optional forms are also included for athletic participation, band, and private music lessons if you are interested in those programs. The important information on the right side of the table requires no action but should be read.
