Camp Overbrook

General registration opens Saturday, January 31, 2026.

Families with more than one camper should register each child separately. Registration is complete upon receipt of payment. All registrations will be confirmed via email upon completion. A medical and photography release form for each camper must be completed as well.

A camp t-shirt, cinch sack, and daily snacks are included in the camp fee.

Camp Overbrook welcomes children ages 3 through rising 1st graders.

Yes. All campers must be fully potty trained to attend Camp Overbrook. Pull-ups are not permitted. It is expected that potty trained children will demonstrate independence in all aspects of using the bathroom.

Camp Overbrook offers both half-day and full-day options:

• Half Day: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

• Full Day: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Yes, campers should bring their own lunch and a water bottle each day. Campers eat together under the supervision of camp staff.

Yes. Camp Overbrook offers extended care options:

• Morning Care: 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. ($60 per week)

• Afternoon Care: 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. ($75 per week)

A $15 fee applies for last-minute drop-in care.

Drop-off and pick-up take place through the playground gates adjacent to the gravel parking lot.

• Check-in begins at 8:45 a.m. daily

• All campers must be signed in and out by a guardian each day

Please inform Camp Overbrook of any camper allergies prior to the session. Allergy-free snacks are available upon request.

• A $50 registration fee per family is non-refundable and non-transferable

• Cancellations before May 1, 2026 receive a 75% refund of camp fees

• After May 1, 2026, no refunds are available

Camp Overbrook reserves the right to cancel sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If a camp is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Parents will receive email updates with information about camp procedures, schedules, or cancellations prior to each session.
