The OS Chess Team won trophies in the following categories: 2nd place primary, 4th place elementary, and 4th place junior high team.

Principal Sister Julia Marie and Academic Dean Sister Immaculata welcomed visitors and cheered on the Overbrook team at the competition. Coach Todd Andrews and assistant Jess Bridges worked with the team prior to the tournament.  The tournament would not have been possible without the help of our faithful chess parents and 22 team members.

Disney representatives were on hand to offer “sneak peek” free passes to the new Disney movie, Queen of Katwe, that opened in theatres Friday. Many OS students and families attended the Monday evening show.
