Overbrook School in the News ...
Come see how wonder leads to knowing at Overbrook School’s admissions open house Nov. 16 at 9:15 a.m. The open house offers prospective parents a chance to step into the classrooms while teachers work with students and the school is a buzz with activity.
Overbrook is a co-educational, prekindergarten through eighth-grade independent Catholic school with a dynamic tradition of educating children in a community setting through study, prayer and service. Overbrook, which is a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, is owned and operated by the Dominican sisters.
“After touring Overbrook, I knew it was the only school for us. Overbrook is truly the most special place,” said Julie Hochman, the mother of three OS students. “Children are not only instructed through an unparalleled academic program, but they are equipped to lead, prepared to serve, and guided to love as they are loved by the faculty and staff. Overbrook takes very seriously its role in partnering with parents, and I know I always have a multitude of experts to turn to who sincerely care about my children. Above all else, Overbrook is helping me to fill my children with a fervent love for our Catholic faith.”
