"For everyone, may the Jubilee be a moment of genuine, personal encounter
with the Lord Jesus." - Pope Francis

Dear Campus Families and the Nashville Catholic Community,

As many of you know, 2025 has been designated the Jubilee Year of Hope. During this celebration, the faithful are encouraged to take part in pilgrimages on foot, which, in the words of Pope Francis, are “a great aid for rediscovering the value of silence, effort, and simplicity of life,” and an opportunity for communities to participate fully in the year’s proclamation of hope in God’s grace.

In the spirit of pilgrimage, The Dominican Campus will host a Eucharistic Procession to honor this initiative and to celebrate the start of the new school year. We invite all to join us on Saturday, September 6, from 4–7 p.m. for an evening that will include the Vigil Mass, a Eucharistic Procession and Benediction, and a family picnic featuring food trucks and live music.
Families are also welcome to bring their own picnic dinner. Please bring picnic blankets, chairs, and yard games if you wish. We encourage you to share this event with your family and friends.

We look forward to encountering Christ with and in each of you during this special evening of worship and communion.

Sincerely in Christ,
Sister Dominic, O.P.
President, Overbrook Catholic School & St. Cecilia Academy
Sister Cecilia Anne, O.P.
